For the third time this season Tanisha Edge of the women's basketball team has been named Region III Athlete of the Week.  This is largely because of her performance in the Twins upset win over #1 ranked Roxbury Community College.  Tanisha led the team to victory with an incredible 43 points, six rebounds, and three assists.  She had another standout performance two days later when the Twins took on North Country Community College.  Tanisha was the leading scorer with 23 points, four rebounds, and two assists.  These accomplishments led the freshman to be named NJCAA Region III Athlete of the Week for the third time this season.  Congratulations Tanisha!
