Kidd Named Region III Athlete of the Week

Sophomore Christopher Kidd has been named NJCAA region III athlete of the week. His recent return to the basketball court has been successful with Chris achieving a double – double in the Twins last five games.  Chris scored a season high 24 points against Herkimer College in his third game back in the lineup.  He also grabbed 10 rebounds and had five assists.  This past weekend, the sophomore scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the Twins win over SUNY Adirondack.  He also grabbed two assists and two blocks.  In the Twins most recent game, Chris scored 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in a win at Tompkins Cortland Community College.  The Twins have also started to shine since Chris's return. Since his, return the Twins have gone 3 – 2. Tying their win total from the first half of the season, bringing their total record to 6 – 11.  The Twins and Chris look to continue their success at home tonight against Fulton-Montgomery Community College.  The women's game will begin at 6 p.m. and the men's at 8 p.m.
