Twins Sign Colorado Right Handed Pitcher

The Columbia-Greene Baseball Program would like to congratulate Jacob Duncan on signing his national letter of intent to play baseball for the Twins next year! Jacob is recent graduate of Buena Vista High School in Buena Vista, Colorado and will be joining the Twins in the fall of 2022. Jacob is the second player from the Demons to join the Twins next fall!

While attending Buena Vista High School, Jacob was a two-sport athlete, playing both baseball and football! Jacob played three years of baseball for the Demons where he was a right-handed pitcher and shortstop as well as two years of football. Jacob's time at Buena Vista earned him many honors and achievements. These achievements and honors included his team being two-time regional champions as well as his baseball team reaching the Final Four in the 2021 Colorado 2A State Tournament! In addition to Jacob's team accomplishments, Jacob also earned the Player of the Year Award, All-Conference Honors, and All-State Honors.

As a student at Buena Vista High School, Jacob maintained a 3.2 GPA! In his free time, Jacob enjoys snowboarding, swimming, and mountain biking. While attending Columbia-Greene, Jacob plans to pursue a degree in Computer Science! We look forward to having Jacob on the mound this fall!
