Twins Sign Florida Outfielder to 2022-23 Recruiting Class

The Columbia-Greene Baseball Program would like to congratulate Bryant Morales on signing his national letter of intent to play baseball for the Twins next year! Bryant is currently a senior at The Vine Christian Academy in Kissimmee, Florida and will be joining the Twins in the fall of 2022.

Bryant, a four-year varsity athlete, spent his athletic time in high school focusing on baseball. While playing for The Vine Christian Academy, Bryant spent his time tracking down fly balls in the outfield. Academically, Bryant achieved many great accolades during his time in high school. Bryant was an active member of the National Honor Society all four years of high school. Bryant also earned a spot on the A-B Honor Roll list all four years of high school. An interesting and impressive academic award that Bryant received in high school was an academic letter for academic success from former President Barack Obama, during his presidency.

Bryant brings with him five years of travel baseball experience, playing for a number of fantastic teams. Bryant played for the St. Lucie Mets Scout Team in Cube and the Puerto Rico Team 18U in Florida. During his duration of his travel teams, he earned the Most Improved award twice as well as the Players Coach Award twice.

As a student, Bryant maintained a 3.7 GPA while attending The Vine Christian Academy. While attending Columbia-Greene, Bryant will be pursuing a degree in criminal justice. We look forward to having Bryant roaming our outfield next year!
