The Columbia-Greene Baseball program would like to congratulate Matt Bowes for signing his national letter of intent this past summer to play baseball for the Twins this year. Matt is a 2021 graduate of Hudson High School.

While attending Hudson High School, Matt was a standout three-sport athlete! Matt played 3 years of baseball for the Bluehawks as a pitcher, shortstop, second basemen, third basemen, and center fielder. Matt also played 4 years of bowling and golf while attending Hudson High School. Matt's hard work on the athletic fields earned him some impressive athletic awards including Patroon Conference MVP for Baseball his senior year, Patroon Conference MVP for Bowling, and First Team honors for golf. Matt's athletic achievements speak for themselves on what kind of player the Twins are getting! Matt also brings travel baseball experience as he was a member of the Columbia Clippers and Greene County Outlaws.

Matt, an athletically successful graduate of Hudson, was also successful academically, maintaining a 3.0 GPA thought his time there. We are very excited to have Matt bring his MVP mentality to our infield this year for the Twins. Matt is majoring in individual studies while attending Columbia-Greene.
