Baylee Cox Recieves All-Region Honors

Sophomore softball player, Baylee Cox, was recently named to the NJCAA Region III All-Region Second Team. She receives this honor for her performance on the infield and at the plate. Cox started every game at short stop for the Twins this season. She finished the season with a .306 batting average and an impressive .432 on base percentage. She racked up 22 hits on the season and one of those was a home run. She also drew 14 walks and 12 runs batted in. She also showed off her speed with six stolen bases on the season. In the field, she had just six errors and a .944 fielding percentage. Cox stepped into a leadership role this season and showed that she has what it takes, leading the team to another playoff appearance.
