The Columbia-Greene Community College softball team travelled to North Country CC on Saturday for a double header.  The Lady Twins won 14-2 in Game one and 15-2 in Game two. 

In Game one, Rachel Vale led the attack going 2-4 with a three run home run.  Kourtney Irwin and Krysta Konderwich both went 4-4 with Konderwich also contributing a solo home run.  Winning pitcher Brittany Willson helped her cause by going 3-3 at the plate.  In Game two it was more of the same.  Vale went 3-3 with another three run homer and fellow Germantown HS teammate Patti Cameron knocked in two RBIs, while going 3-4 at the plate.

The Lady Twins improved their record to 15-8-1 overall and 13-3 in the conference.  They return to action on Tuesday when they will honor there sophomores on sophomore day.  Game time is 3:00pm with the ceremony beginning at approximately 2:45pm.
