Sophomore basketball player Jordan Wright has been named the NJCAA Region III Athlete of the Week for the week of November 27th. The Twins had two games last week after the holiday break. The first came at home against SUNY Ulster. Wright led the Twins in this game with a season high 22 points and a shooting percentage of 82%. He also recorded six assists and three steals in this game to lead the Twins to victory. The second game of the week came against Jefferson Community College at home. Wright led the Twins to another win with 19 points scored, six assists, six steals and four rebounds. He had an impressive shooting performance once again with a 57% shooting percentage. Wright will be back in action with the Twins Tuesday December 5th at Schenectady County Community College. Women's game tips off at 5 pm and the men's game begins at 7 pm.
