The Twins men's basketball team earned their first win of the season at home against Word of Life Bible Institute.  This was the first round of the Goldberg Classic.  The team came out strong scoring 37 in the first half to lead Word of Life 37 – 14.  The Twins dropped 75 points in their victory, making the final score 75 – 44.  In his first game back on the court, sophomore Tydrea Rodriquez scored 19 points, had five assists, and seven steals.  Freshman Aaron Sanders had 12 points, four assists, and five steals.  Returners Gary Buxton and Travis Hamilton each had 10 points and two assists.  Josiah McCall had seven points.  With this win, the Twins are set to play SUNY Orange in the Goldberg Classic championship game tomorrow at 4pm at home.
