Twins Fall Short to Hornets

Twins Men's Basketball fall to the Hornets of SUNY Broome in a close battle with a score of 80-66 on Tuesday, November 17th at home. The Twins kept a hold on the lead for the first half with the Hornets only trailing by a few baskets. Sophomore Jaden Edwards led the team with 16 points including two rebounds, one steal, and four assists. The Twins started the second half fighting hard to keep the lead, but the Hornets' offense took off and ended up coming back to take the win. Chance Ryan also contributed with 13 points including six rebounds and one steal in the Twins' effort to try and overtake the Hornets. CGCC now 3-4 and looking to bounce back with wins this weekend.

 

The Twins' next games will be Saturday, November 21st away against Cayuga Community College, 3 p.m. and Sunday, November 22nd away against Onondaga Community College at 1 p.m.
