The Twins took on the Timberwolves from Adirondack CC in a conference match-up, winning 71-55.  C-GCC came out slow, falling behind 12-0 in the first 4:30 minutes of the game.  After a pair of free throws from Khalil Paul to put the Twins on the board, they would go on to outscore Adirondack 36-16 in the final 14 minutes of the half, en route to a 38-28 halftime lead.

In the first half, the Twins were led by Paul, who put in 12 points, and Kevin Phillips who chipped in 11 points.

In the second half, the Timberwolves scored the first 4 points, but the Twins responded and held a comfortable 15 point lead, 49-34.  The Twins would push the lead up to as many as 19 points before finishing the game with a final score of 71-55, for the victory.  

Paul had a game high 20 points, while Malcolm Shivers contributed 17 points and 9 rebounds. Phillips also contributed 14 points.

The Twins improve their record to 10-14 overall, 8-12 Region 3, and 5-10 Mountain Valley Conference.

The Twins host SUNY Delhi this Thursday, who is currently  ranked #6 in the country.  Game time will be 6:00pm.
