Joseph Napolitano enters his first season at the helm as head baseball coach for the Columbia-Greene Community College twins. 

Before coming to Columbia-Greene, Napolitano spent the past 4 seasons with the Bay State Braves baseball program in Framingham, MA. In 2020 Joe took on the full time roll of assistant managing the program, conducting private lessons and coaching 2 of the club’s teams. During Joe’s time with the Braves, he helped build the program from 6 teams to 15 teams. Along with building teams, private instruction and assisting in college recruitment, Joe has brought in quality staff members to the Braves program who have made an immediate impact to player development. Prior to the Bay State Braves program, Joe spent the 2020 season coaching at his alma-mater, Medaille University and in 2019 Napolitano was the assistant coach at Purchase College. At both schools, Joe assisted with outfielders, hitters and catchers as well as recruiting. Napolitano played 3 seasons for Medaille University as an Outfielder and Catcher and 1 season at Eastern Nazarene College as a Pitcher and Utility.
