C-GCC Men's Baseball team drops a pair to #3 Herkimer CC Generals yesterday evening. The Twins were only able to muster three hits in game one, dropping the game 13-0. Game two, the Twins crossed the plate but were unable to hold back the Generals offense, ending in a 15-4 loss.

Mike Bowes takes the loss on the mound for the Twins after pitching three innings. Collin Lynk, Noah Ernst, and Alec Reeves had the only hits for the Twins.

Game 2

The second game of the evening had the Twins bats coming alive but it wasn't enough to get a win. C-GCC scored three runs in the top of the third to close its deficit to 5-3. Alec Reeves and Mike Bowes both had RBI singles and Juan Trillo had a sacrifice fly to give life to the Twins offense.

The Generals responded back quickly in the third to take the game further away from the Twins grasps.

In an attempt to come back, Juan Trillo pushed across a run in the top of the fifth off a double, but the rally was stopped short.

Men's Baseball plays today, 3/14/16, at home against Herkimer with the game set to start at 2 & 4 PM.
