Former Twin Chris Kidd Signs ABA Contract

The former Twins basketball player, Chris Kidd, is in the news once again. This time for signing a professional contract to play in the American Basketball Association. The 34-year-old just signed a contract to play for the Atlantic Coast Cardinals who play in the Northeast Region of the ABA.

Kidd was a standout player at Columbia-Greene Community College. He averaged nearly 20 points per game and shot over 55%. Kidd was named the Region III Player of the Week twice as well as being named to the All-Region Second team. He continued from here, playing at Sage College and St. Josephs College. At Sage college, Kidd earned the male athlete of the year award for his efforts on the court.
